Rock hill et cetera

№1
This is a mill somewhere in Rock Hill. As of November 2010, it is being demolished. Do not have much details on the property except for approximate build date circa 1920s, and abandonment circa 1995.

While on property, there were two older people walking around as well. Turns out, one of them used to work there for twenty-five years. The mill was a clothes factory and it started the entire expansion of Rock Hill area.

Inside the powerhouse that generated all the needed power for the factory. I only was able to get on the first floor and the outer wing. The other parts and basement were taped with “WARNING: Asbestos contamination” plastic wrap, so I did not try to get in there.

The latter part of the property contained a multi-story building which I did not try to get into (had no flashlight at that time), and remains of a warehouse.
